We believe that there are witnesses that have cell phone video footage of the shooting and are urging the public to come forward with the video. They can also submit it anonymously through Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas on the P3 App. We need the public's help identifying the male in this security video. He committed a theft at a local business on 04/15/19. He walked behind the counter of the business and committed the theft. If you have any information on the identity of the subject please call Det.
